Purpose/WHY:

Email From Mark Harris on 04/21/2016:
The business has a few requests for open order cube (this would include contracts and conditions). But if we add to open order should we add to COPA?
Copy query VMP_OOCON_Q002– and create a new one with the below fields.

Order type
Line number (item number) eg: 10,20,30
Ship-to # and description
ATP date – is that confirmed date?
Cust Req Date – Requested date
Order date – document date
Actual ship date – Delivery date
Invoice date – in COPA not in Open.
Cancel Date
Plant.

Invoice Date is not available in the Open orders source & it cannot be added

1. Need to check if the fields are available in open order & contract sources.
2. Need to add the fields to open order & contract sources.
3. Need to add the requested fields to OOCON Multi-providers(Global & Regional).
4. Need to add the above requested fields to VMP_OOCON_Q004 Query.
5. Need to validate the changes in BPD.

1. Need to check if the fields are available in open order ZSDC_OPN & Contract Sources ZSD_CONTR.
2. Need to add the fields to open order & contract sources.
3. Need to add the requested fields to OOCON Multiproviders ZMP_OOCON, ZNA_OOCON, ZEA_OOCON, ZEM_OOCON, ZEJ_OOCON and ZJA_OOCON(Global & Regional).
4. Need to add the above requested fields to VMP_OOCON_Q004 BEx Query.
5. Need to change the descriptions of the fields as requested.
6. Need to validate the changes in BPD.
